The GP79 relocates the muffler into a high-mounted position alongside the rear of the motorcycle, giving the KTM a distinctive rally/enduro appearance.
The high-mount configuration provides a clean and purposeful installation particularly suited to adventure, trail and off-road riding.

⚠️ IMPORTANT – FUELX PRO & DECAT SYSTEMS
When fitting the SSS MOTORCYCLES Decat Header Pipe, a FuelX Pro is required as a minimum.
On these models, the factory catalytic converter is positioned between the upstream and downstream oxygen sensors. The ECU uses the difference between these sensor signals as part of its catalyst monitoring strategy.
When the catalytic converter is removed, the expected difference between the upstream and downstream O₂ sensor signals can change, potentially causing a catalyst-related fault code and engine warning light.
The FuelX Pro is used with the modified exhaust configuration to mimic the expected catalytic-converter effect between the upstream and downstream O₂ sensor signals, helping prevent the ECU from detecting the removal of the catalytic converter.
