Mail-In ECU Reflash
Simply remove your factory ECU and send it to SSS Motorcycles. Once received, we will program the ECU with the appropriate calibration for your motorcycle and return it to you.
Please Provide Your Current Modifications
Please list your current modifications, if any, in the order comments so we can match the calibration to your needs.
This includes any:
Aftermarket exhaust or slip-on muffler
Decat or aftermarket header
Air filter
Intake or airbox modifications
Engine modifications
If your motorcycle is completely standard, simply enter “Standard / No Modifications” in the comments.
Important Model Information
This ECU reflash service is for KTM RC 390 models up to and including 2023.
Later-model RC 390s use a different ECU/electronics configuration and are not supported by this reflash service. For later models, please contact SSS Motorcycles regarding available PowerTRONIC or FuelX options.

Please purchase the ECU reflash through our website before sending your ECU.
Once your order has been placed, please either print a copy of your order confirmation and include it with the ECU, or clearly write your order number on the ECU/package so we can identify it when it arrives.

Typical turnaround time: Once we receive your ECU, we aim to complete the reflash within 48 hours. We will then create your return shipping label and dispatch the ECU back to you.
Please also list all current modifications, if any, in the order comments so we can match the calibration to your motorcycle's setup.
