The SSS Motorcycles 41mm Fork Seal Installation Bullet Tool is a simple but essential workshop tool for servicing the 41mm forks fitted to the CFMOTO 450MT.
When installing a new fork oil seal, the delicate sealing lip must pass over the top of the fork tube. Sharp edges, grooves and machined sections can easily nick, cut or roll the sealing lip — potentially damaging a brand-new seal before the forks are even back together.
The installation bullet slips over the end of the fork tube to create a smooth, tapered installation surface, allowing the new seal to slide safely into position.

🔩 SIMPLE TO USE
1. Slide the 41mm installation bullet over the end of the fork tube.
2. Apply a light coating of clean fork oil to the bullet and seal lip.
3. Carefully slide the new fork seal over the installation bullet.
4. Once the seal is safely onto the fork tube, remove the bullet and continue with normal fork assembly.
